Lincoln is a qualified stockbroker who holds a Bcomm Economics Degree. He started his career at Standard bank in 1994 where he moved to the stockbroking division. He then went on to work for various companies as a trader and sales trader.

His achievements Include his appointment as Head of Transition at Brockhouse Cooper, having started the division working with the Montreal branch.

He has extensive experience in transition management. He has been involved in completing several South African and multi country and currency transitions valued at a total of R33 billion.
